Official Rules – $1,000 Weekly Cash Giveaway

1. Eligibility

The $1,000 Weekly Cash Giveaway ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored and administered by Cash Giveaway ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.

3. Entry Period

Each weekly entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Sunday. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the online entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive $1,000 USD. Prizes will be delivered electronically via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or alternative electronic method at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within five (5) days after the end of each Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email or phone (if provided). If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may require winners to complete tax documentation if required by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
