1. Eligibility

• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
• Limit one entry per person per giveaway period.

2. How to Enter

• Complete all required steps of the online entry form.
• Provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address.
• No purchase, payment, or financial commitment is required.

3. Prize Details

• Prize: $1,000 cash prize awarded weekly.
• Total number of winners: As stated on the giveaway page.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted.
• Prize may be delivered via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or other electronic payment method selected by Sponsor.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
• Potential winners will be notified via email.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Bonus Entries (Referral Program)

• Participants may receive bonus entries for referring others.
• A referral qualifies only when the referred participant completes the entry process.
• Bonus entries are subject to verification.

6. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
• Automated entries, bots, or duplicate submissions are prohibited.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to our Privacy Policy and may be used for marketing communications unless the participant opts out.

10. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the Sponsor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
